It’s heading into that time of year in the southern hemisphere where people are starting to consider how they may look in swimming gear for their next visit to the beach. In the northern hemisphere it’s getting colder and people know that the celebration time of year is fast approaching, as are all the social engagements that come with this time of year.
A number of my clients have therefore been focussing on their health, whether that be losing weight, eating healthier or working out more. I have been working through a number of consistent themes however one that has stuck out is a desire to track their weight in a simple tracker that is private, that shows actuals to goals and provides daily tracking to look at patterns in eating related to food, hormones (time of the month) related to weight and even whether there is a self-sabotage timing for them. An example could be every time they lose more than x number of kilograms they self-sabotage a meal and it puts them in a bad space. Or, it could be something as simple as motivation seems to be lower around the two month mark.
To help you all out with your tracking I have created a Microsoft Excel tracking sheet where you are able to track two people at a time (for those competitors out there!).
